We’ll choose the best delivery method for your order based on your location, the size and weight of your items, and which courier or postal service is most reliable.

If you have a preferred shipping method, just get in touch with us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • €10.99 flat rate to anywhere in Ireland or the UK

  • Free shipping on orders over:
    • €100 in Ireland
    • €100 in the UK

  • For shipping rates for other countries, please contact us directly at info@modogo.com

Orders over 24kg may incur an additional charge. If that’s the case, we’ll contact you before we ship to confirm any additional cost.

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery time: 2–7 business days (depending on your location)

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be in the original packaging

Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@modogo.com so we can guide you through the return process.

Any Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — just to be safe.
